1:	Take the MASON MONTGOMERY RD exit- EXIT 19- toward FIELDS ERTEL RD.	0.2 miles
2:	Turn LEFT at the end of the exit ramp onto MASON RD.	<0.1 miles
3:	MASON RD becomes MASON MONTGOMERY RD at the FIELDS ERTEL intersection. Continue going straight ahead.	0.7 miles
4:	Turn RIGHT onto PARKWAY DR (immediately north of Lowe's)	<0.1 miles
5:	Turn LEFT into first drive then immediately LEFT to go around to the front of the building.	<0.1 miles

1:	Travel southbound on I-75 to the Tylersville Rd exit
2:	Turn Left at the end of the exit ramp onto Tylersville Rd	3.6 miles
3:	Turn Right onto Mason/Montgomery Rd (this Rd is the 2nd light after crossing over Rt. 42 (the Mason Middle School will be on the far left side of the intersection)	2.8 miles
4:	Turn Left onto Parkway Dr (just past the Panera Bread restaurant on the right and as if you are turning into Lowes on the left)	<0.1 miles
5:	Turn Left at your first opportunity into a business park
6:	Immediately Turn Left again and follow the building around to the right
7:	MAX is located toward the far end facing Mason/Montgomery Rd.

741 Southbound

1:	Follow 741 southbound all the way to Rt. 42
2:	Turn Right onto Rt. 42	approx. 13.5 miles
3:	Turn Left onto Mason/Montgomery Rd. (you have to turn right here anyway due to the road being closed ahead of you)	1.4 miles
4:	Turn Left onto Parkway Dr – (just past the Panera Bread restaurant on the right and as if you are turning into Lowes on the left)	3.9 miles
5:	Turn Left at your first opportunity into a business park	<0.1 miles
6:	Immediately Turn Left again and follow the building around to the right

From I-75 Northbound:

1:	Take I-75 North to Exit 38, the Route 73/Franklin/ Springboro exit. Turn right off of exit ramp onto Route 73 heading East (a.k.a., W Central Ave).
2:	Take Route 73 East approx. 1.8 miles to Route 741 (a.k.a., Springboro Pike). Shell, BP and Speedway gas stations will be on three corners of this intersection.
3:	Turn left, going North on Route 741/Springboro Pike for approximately 2.4 miles.
4:	Turn left onto South Tech Blvd, which is directly across from the Wright Brothers Airport. There is an approximately 15' tall burgundy sign [rectangular in shape] that reads "Southtech Business Park" just past where you need to turn left onto South Tech Blvd.
5:	Turn left at your first opportunity, which will direct you into the first parking lot. Follow the parking lot around to the left, and then continue to follow the parking lot as it takes a 90 degree bend to the right.
6:	After you have made the 90 bend, MAX is the 2nd door on the right.

From I-75 Southbound:

1:	Take I-75 South to Exit 44, the Route 725/Miamisburg/Centerville exit. Turn left off of exit ramp onto Route 725 heading East.
2:	Take Route 725 East a half mile or less to Route 741 (a.k.a., Springboro Pike).
3:	Turn right, going South on Route 741/Springboro Pike for approximately 3 miles.
4:	Turn right onto South Tech Blvd, which is directly across from the Wright Brothers Airport. There is an approximately 15' tall burgundy sign [rectangular in shape] that reads "Southtech Business Park" just before where you need to turn right onto South Tech Blvd.
5:	Turn left at your first opportunity, which will direct you into the first parking lot. Follow the parking lot around to the left, and then continue to follow the parking lot as it takes a 90 degree bend to the right.
6:	After you have made the 90 bend, MAX is the 2nd door on the right.

From Columbus and points East of Dayton:

1:	Take I-70 West, to Exit 44, which will guide you onto I-675 South (heading Southwest, technically)
2:	After about 24 miles on I-675, you will take Exit 2, the Route 725/Miamisburg/Centerville exit. At the first stoplight at the end of the ramp, continue straight to the next stoplight, at which you will turn right onto Rte 725.
3:	After about a mile or so, turn left going South on Route 741/Springboro Pike for approximately 3 miles.
